CONSTRUCTION :
Conductor: extra flexible conductors acc. VDE 0295 class 6, col 4 and 5, Insulation: oil-resistant PVC or PETP as an alternative for CY and PAAR.CY versions, Core idenification: for CY and PAAR.CY versions, cores colour coded to Din 47100, Laying Up: cores stranded in layers with short lay- length for PUR and PUR.CY versions, cores twisted in pairs, pairs stranded in layers with short lay - length for PAAR.CY version. Core wrapping with textile tape (PUR. PUR.CY) or special fleece (PAAR.CY), Screen: tinned copper braid for CY and PAAR.CY, Sheath: Full polyurethane PUR in grey, adhesion-free.
APPLICATION :
This highly flexible PUR control cable is ideal for use wherever frequent high flexing motion is required, for example in robotic or for all moving parts. The long working life of the cable makes it both efficient and economical. These cables are developed according to the newest state of technology improvement. With their sliding abilities by using PETP-core (CY and PAAR.CY) and due to the adhesion-free and cut-resistant PUR outer jacket they guarantee an optimum life durability. The cables are resistant to UV-radiation, oxygene, ozone and oil.
